I went to the dr's yesterday and the blood doctor said i have to come in a few weeks and i have to have this injection every day whilst pregnant because i had a blood clot when i was 18 so they just wanna keep a extra special eye on me which to be honest im not to fussed off okay so the needle is like what diabetics use like a pin prick every day in my stomach i cannot do it myself than my dad or mum will do it if they cant do it we will sort something out.Im not as scared as i thought i would be

It's not that bad, it can leave bruising though is all I'd warn you about although its not sore it just looks it.

Hi Amanda I had to have these injections every day for a few weeks when I was 19 due to a ski accident that led to possible dvt!!! and I was terrified of needles but they dont really hurt and by the time i stopped having them my fear of needles was gone!!! so hopefully this will happen to you

I'm supposed to take these injections but have declined...I've never had a blood clot b4 which put me in a position to decide whether to take them or not...il b takin them after birth tho. I took them 4 approx a week and don't hurt but do leave bruises xxxx

im ok if they leave bruices its just the fact its a needle but thanks for everyones response xx
