jo i am so sorry for taking the michael yesterday about your hubby having to work overtime and you being titsed off about it.

my hubbys booked tomorrow off work and refused overtime all weekend so that he could help me out a bit. Well hes just phoned me and informed me that he HAS to go into work tomorrow becasue the holidays have been messed up and theres no one to cover .......

jesus wept i could have dragged him through the phone and battered his sorry ass

I don't think bosses have any respect - when we were on a weekes holiday with my family, hubbys boss kept phoning him - there has been an incident where a biker accused hubby of cutting him up in the works car, hubby said the guy had punched his wingmirror in, hubby reported it to the police but the guy didn't and only complained to the boss, so they suspended him from driving and tokk his companty car off him, so he had no transport, had to use my car for holiday! Boss said they would sort it when we got back from hols - but boss kept phoning asking for the same details that hubby had already given him, then in the middle of the hol, boss phoned and said 'i want to see you first thing in my office on monday am, you might want a witness/representative with you, i can't discuss anything further with you.
Need;ess to say hubby worried sick for the rest of the holiday! which spoilt it for every one else.
Trhere are afew good bossses but most are money grabbing, and dont give a thought to anyone else.
