weird twinges

hello ladies! hope you are all well

yesterday i started getting this weird twingy kind of uncomfortable-ness in my pelvis.

its sudden, like baby kicking, but it hurts a little bit, a little twinge. it actually makes me physically jump.

it hasnt happened again today, so im thinking it was just LO in an awkward position, but want to make sure.

Might be baby kicking your bladder as I get that sometimes
