Weird noises?!

I keep getting this weird noise I can also feel it its right under the top of my right rib I get it when I stand up when I bend forward its like bubbles or something? Anyone else had this? I mentioned to my mw she said it could b the way the baby is lying its so weird and it feels horrible! X
