Water Intake During Pregnancy ...Worth a read!

I found this on another site, but thought it could be handy here to! I have read couple posts re being really thirsty, Im a bit like this at the mo (well when i can stop eating lol!)

Luckily for me the only thing i can brig myself to drink at the moment is water and by the gallon. So i think im ok

I have read that apple juice is really good if you cant keep anything else down?!
I cant drink milk at all, even the smell makes me so am on hot chocolate (the water one!) and water or fresh orange juice!

yes I saw this on the other site too but you just need to bear in mind it's talking about American gallons not british. US gallon is 3.75 litres x

There's no way I can drink that much water but if we can include juice and decaf tea then I'm laughing! Xxx
