Is any one with them? My internet at home isnt working and i called the call centre and got a guy who couldnt speak english talking for ages @ 40p/min and then said he couldnt help anyway

Whats going on? Aparently all there systems are down so no one can help!!

I'm on it too hun - we haven't had any problems yet - but on a watchdog internet survey - they came bottom of pretty much everything!!!!!!!
Worst service was one that they were bottom of - and by a loooong way!!
Apparently when you try to leave, it is really cr@p too :(
We only have it as it is free broadband due to our phone contracts.

Jenna we had nothing but problems with them. We phoned so many times, they didnt understand us at all. In the end i phoned Hewlit Packard my laptop make and THEY told us exactly what our internet problem was!!!!!   They said that wannado were one of the worst around and so many people have probs with them. We have now moved to Sky - so far so good :D

Were with Sky....excellent, not a single complaint (very unlike me!!).
Plus we get free anytime landline and international calls etc too with them.

i used to be with wanadoo. its *pap*

i canged to BT, as i found wanadoo, expensive, un reliable, and useless.

i pay a little extra now, to have the satisfactionthat my internet is always there, and a fast connection, download speed.

although i did ring BT once and got someone who couldnt speak english. think you get it everywhere now adays

Ive got 3 friends who have been with orange and have had massive problems with them, I wouldnt have orange if it were free from the reviews ive heard!

lol - we only have it cus it is free :(
Will be leaving when we move and get sky though.
Thankfully my DH's job means he has some experience with telephone lines and computers so we don't need to ring them up often

I'm with BT and have been for 3 years, ive only ever had one problem and that was a line fault and was repaired very quickly. They are fantastic.

Im in the process of moving to TalkTalk though cos they are free with my landline

we are with Orange Broadband, £17.99 a month, no problems for us :D

Orange broadband were on watchdog and i think take a break just featured them too for really poor service

got in touch with them last night and they said theyve took bt servers down and havnt put the new orange ones up. So they knew full well what the problem was yesterday!! they didnt even send a letter saying they were gonna do this  3 days now! phoned to cancel my contract and the women was saying "are you sure you want too? Is it because of the problems?" and i said no its because i dont want the internet i want to save money. And she said "well i can put you through to a speciallist and they can tell you whats wrong with your internet" and i said NOOO I WANT TO CANCEL IT! but she wasnt having any of it. took me 5 minutes before she agreed to cancel it!! And that line is 50p/min im so angry!!

Great! its gone from not knowing what it was to knowing and it will be on tomorow to WE KNOW WHAT IT IS AND YOU WONT HAVE IT FOR ANOTHER WEEK!!! 40p/min FFS!!!! why didnt they say sooner!

suprise suprise!! No internet. This time it'll be fixed by friday at midnight. But i bet it wont be

I am with Orange becasue it is free but had huge hassles in setting it up and then couldn't get through to anyone who spoke English.

They told me to get my broad band to work I would have to turn off my sky - everytime!!!! I think not * idiots*

I have sorting things out myself (with the aid of a techie friend) but would not contact them for anything and I certainly wouldn't pay for it
