Walking is agony

Anybody else? I get stitch pains me n my bump and my groin hurts. Even short distances are killing me, pain starts after about 5 minutes. Also breathlessness is getting to be a joke. I feel like an old woman!! And I feel so lazy as I can't do anything other than sit on my bum....please tell me I am not alone

You're certainly not alone... an accident in Leeds this morning has delayed my setting off for work (my boss phoned and just said don't bother trying yet lol) so I decided to walk the dog with my partner. He ended up having to help me up a pathetically small incline, as the SPD just ground me to a halt! Been slowing down a lot the last couple of weeks with the same kind of stitches and aches and general lethargy. Eesh... I try to push through it and keep up my normal pace of life, but people keep telling me off!

Im the same.

At one point the pain was unbearable but it seems to come and go.

Swinging my legs in and out the bed/car is painful.

I saw my GP and she gave a good poke and a prod and referred me for physio, so it might be worth a visit for you also.
