Pregnacare are good but affect women differently I had to stop taking because they delayed my period and made me feel sick alot. But alot of women said they got preg couple months after taking. The same with seven seas ... But this has less vitamins in than pregnacare... Ive seen more good reviews for Seven Seas than pregnacare x

I'll never take pregnacare again! Honestly every month delayed my cycle by 40-50 days I think I went 69 without af so not worth it to me seven seas however all was fine xxx

Thanks all for your input! Decided to try the seven seas, see how I get on with those, they are nice and small to swallow too, not the best at swallowing tablets anyway and those pregnacare ones will make me gag! Good luck to everyone. X x

Sevenseas before I moved to 5mg they are small ones (I have the same probs with tablets) but they are great x
