I got angus cactus 400mg and evening primrose 1000mg oil What dose should I be taking ?

Don't know about the agnus cactus, but I take 2000mg of evening primrose oil from cycle day one to ovulation xx

I take the agnus castus drops, 40 a day, not sure what the equivalent tablets dose is xx

Evening primrose oil is to increase the ewcm x

Ok thanks - which enables you to chart the ewcm or makes it more fertile? Or neither? Lol x

It just creates a better swim enviroment for sperm

But you need to stop taking it over ovulation and stop all of them as soon as you know you are pregnant
