Is it still okay to take Pregnacare vitamins with there being folic acid in them?
Thanks :)

I'm pretty sure it says on the box that you can take them thought hun. Xx

yes i think so, im still taking daily pregnancy vitamins, i take the seven seas one xxx

It says can start taking at any point in pregnancy. Thanx xx

Yeah they will be fine. My midwife said that even though they advise Folic Acid in 1st Tri. Theres no harm taking Folic Acid throughout xxx

They actually used to advise women to take folic acid for their entire pregnancy years ago so I am sure it causes no harm x

Yep, I'm 23 weeks and take pregnacare! xx

My doctor advised pregnacare and I've been taking it since I was 12 weeks :)

Folic acid is infact good to continue with throughout your entire pregnancy as it helps absorb iron!

I've been taking Asda pregnancy vitamins and am planning to keep on doing so throughout pregnancy. I don't eat red meat or chicken and want to make sure I'm getting enough iron etc. but it helps if you can factor more foods that naturally contain the vitamins you require. xxx

I've been taking pregnacare (with omega 3) for the whole of my pregnancy, :) xx
