I've heard B6 helps with producing estrogen and I think cm, right? I've been taking 100mg/day and I ovulated yesterday so should I stop taking it until AF arrives to let my progesterone rise now? Or is it something I should be taking the whole time? At some point someone mentioned there being benefits to drinking aloe juice, I can't remember now and Google doesn't seem to have any information. I have aloe juice (used to drink it all the time when I was younger) and I'm not sure how much /how often /why to drink it. Help?
