Well I am very happy - just weighed myself and even tho it's been Christmas I have now lost 1 stone!!!!!!! I thought I would have put weight on so I'm Over the moon!!!

Well done nicky! You should be smug that is fab! I will be getting back down the gym and eating healthier as of next week! My motivation is my holiday on May, just getting on with my life not expecting to be preggers, I've realised its the only way to survive. Can't keep putting my life on hold. Haha wish me luck!
