I ordered a few bits for Damien, one of which being a white linen suit for my friends wedding in a couple of months, but the quality is absolutely terrible. It's like cheap starched 50p a metre polyester, not nice linen!

I also ordered a surf style shirt for this summer, as well as some white leather shoes to go with the linen outfit. The shoes are okie, but obviously not needed now if I'm sending the suit back, but the shirt is of cheap feel too. I know I sound fussy, but considering the price i paid for them, I expected excellent quality clothes.

I ordered some other bits too, which online they said they had in stock, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them, but on my delivery note some of them won't be instock for another 4 weeks, then another week to disptach!! :wall:

Has anyone else had a bad experience with them or is some of their stuff actually nice quality?

me & my mum got some stuff a while back for my neices and nephews and it was fine. must be about 2 years ago though so could well have gone downhill since then.

shame though cos they do some very cute stuff. was thinking of getting some bits but wil reconsider now :?

for that price i could go to baby gap, at least i know its good quality. (can only afford to go there occasionally though and i buy neutral colours so i can use again even if i have a girl next time  )

I got some clothes from Seren and I love them, they are great quality and very cute. I have been told that I am still waiting for some vests and shorts but they haven't charged me for them yet. The only issue I have with them is that their clothes can come up small. I usually shop there and have not had any issues but its a shame that you haven't recieved what you wanted. I would return them, hope you find alternatives soon.

I know the Linen suit was £24  The shirt was £9. It looked gorgeous in the catalogue. I should no better than to buy from catalogues, half the time stuff isn't what it looks like :( The suit would have looked lovely.

Ahwell, just means I get to go shopping again  Got a free alphabet butterfly out of it all though (even if it is 10months plus!), and hopefully the toy box will be god from VertB

Must be the stuff I ordered then? I guess things like t-shirts are much easier to get good quality - t-shirt material is much the same. The linen suit and the shirt might be better if I washed it, but I'm not going to risk it.

I have only ever ordered sleepsuits from them. They have been of acceptable quality, but definately not as cute and cosy as they look in the catalogue!

I was going to order some of their baby bedroom range soon - a play gym for £30, stick-arounds for the nursery, storage box and baby chair! Hopefully they won't all fall to bits!

What a shame, Sami!!!

I have ordered lots and lots of stuff with them, and have always been very satisfied!
for the size, well, hihihi, I can understand why some of you can find it a little bit small, because being French myself, I am always finding uk clothes too big!!! it's just a cultural thing I suppose :)

I agree, the clothes do look very cosy on the catalogue, and so far, Maheen has been very happy in her clothes, but having said that, all the suff I ordered was winter clothes, and it might be that summer fabric is not as nice!
I was planning to do another order soon! there are a few nice things for little girls!
For me, it was the opposite for the delivery: they said something wasn't in stock but I received it straight away...so a complete different experience for me!

Send the things back if you're not happy, Sami, because I agree, Vertbaudet is not that cheap!

I already have the furniture & have to say its not as good as I was expecting. My hubbie put it together but he said the instructions were rubbish & they didnt make it easy. I hate DIY !

Got all my outfits today and I love them :)

great!!!!!!!!

Now, we are waiting for picture of your little one wearing everything!!! come on, fashion show! :D

I'm glad everyone's order looked great :)

Must just have been the linen type stuff that wasn't that good. I love the t-shirt's from there :)

ive just bought 4 sleepsuits and a little outfit it all looks really nice online i hope they are good, one of the sleepsuits was £14.
i could spend hundreds girls clothes are lovely i love next though the clothes are allways good quality and gap.

Yeah Gap and Next are the best, and they have a good resale value too. Most of Rubie's clothes are next and gap but I got them (most of them) second hand, either car boot, ebay, charity shops or given from friends :D

me too i lurrrv ebay i do buy new but sort of 50/50 my boys clothes are from their older cousins she only buys next and gap lucky me :D no i give her something for them but she really looks after them so i can have them :) horay for family, unfortunatley for me no such luck for molly no girls in the family ive spent so much allready.
