What Veg can I give Lo? She's five months. She's fine with carrot parsnip swede. Looking for ideas for greens really

Broccoli? Is she BLW or TW? Jack's TW and has sweet potato & bean bake which has leek, green beans & broad beans in it, I can give you the recipe if you like? He also has cheesy cod with mash & courgettes and macaroni cheese with spinach x

Ohh yes please that would be great!

We are tw... I'm just a bit rubbish at ideas so think i will buy a book but any ideas until then are appreciated!

Sweet Potato & Bean Bake

30g Marg
180g leeks (sliced)
390g sweet potatoes (roughly chopped)
90g tinned chopped tomatoes
360g broad beans (I use frozen but tinned is fine too)
1tbsp dried basil
60g green beans (chopped)

Pre-heat oven to 200c (not sure which gas mark)
Melt the marge in a big saucepan
Add the leeks & sweet potato and cook for 5mins
Add the tomatoes and enough boiling water to cover everything
Bring to the boil
Remove from the heat and add the broad beans and green beans and stir
Put the saucepan in the oven and cook for 20mins
5mins from the end add the basil and stir

Cool and mash/puree to whatever consistancy you like

It can be frozen
