Vari flow teats

Having real probs with these, after a few weeks they get really 'loose' and the flow so fast I have to replace them
This is fine, but when I go back to new vari flow, feeding takes so long he gives up and refuses his milk I presume because he's having to work that bit harder for it
Not sure what's best to do
Bought some fast flow ones but reckon these will be much slower than what he is used to
So do I make him work for it? Or keep buying vari flow that stretch

i have a few variflow but i have never managed to work them? The Boots ones I got dont even seem to have a hole?

i then got avent ones and no matter how I hold the bottle, the flow seems to be the same?

so i stick with level 1-3! haha

Katie hates them and has tantrums with them too.
Went back to medium flo teats and she was a happy feeder again.
