vapour rub

    Is it ok to use Vicks vapour rub I've read it is but just wanna double check?
    also eat throat lozengers r we allowed to take? X

    I have had a nasty cold and sore throat for a couple of weeks now.

    I spoke to the chemist.. He said out the vapour rub on your feet and wear socks.

    I also inhaled... But only used half the dose.

    I was assured it was all perfectly safe.

    On the nhs website it says its fine to use but with any medication check with gp or pharmacist first x

    on your FEET?? very strange! lol..

    Is there a vapour rub you can buy for babies? I'd have a look for that just so you feel more comfortable using it.. but sure it would be fine..

    like they say though, if in doubt - ring your midwife!

    Snufflebabe is ok for babies, but it's pants for adults! I didn't have any vics inn so tried abit of LOs snufflebabe and it didn't do anything lol. Works great for LO though! X
