UTI and dizzy for over an hour!

Hi all I need some advice please. I was diagnosed with a uti yesterday morning by my gp, she gave me some antibiotics which I have now had 4 doses of. Last night I started to get back pain around where I thought my kidney was. So off to our of hours gp we went at 10pm. Gp said she thought it was just muscular and not to be worried, carry on with antibiotics and follow up with own gp. I have taken it easy today, eaten loads, had no stress, have hardly moved and I have been feeling extremely dizzy for over an hour now. Not sure if it's related to uti or just pregnancy symptom. After seeing the doctor twice yesterday not sure if I'm being over cautious. Should I contact the doctor again? Thanks x
