Upper Back Pain

Hello,

Is anyone suffering from pain in what feels like the muscle under their shoulder blade?

I have a terrible pulling pain whenever I sit down and wondered if it is chest related, although they haven't got massive they are very heavy.

I get pain in various places on my back, don't know if it's the weight of boobs, bump or sleeping funny. Try a warm bath, hope it eases for you x

FP this is probably going to sound really silly, but I have been avoiding baths because I am worried I will make it too hot....how do you know what is an ok temp for the bath? xxxx

No, that doesn't sound silly. I used to love a hot bath- like literally scalding my skin hot and then when I got my bfp I panicked a bit. Apparently, it's fine if it's comfortable to sit in without you overheating. I suppose if you're really worried you could get a baby thermometer thing and then you know it definitely won't be too hot x

I am the same as you, if it doesn't turn me red it isn't hot enough lol!!

I might get a thermometer just to be on the safe side xxxx
