Upper back pain

Iam having severe back pain for the past 1 week. It is so bad i can't hold anything or move my hands. With 18 months old kid it is very hard handling him. Is there any remedy?

Hey sun, I'v had lower back pain which mainly bothers me in bed and when im working, try a hot water bottle at night to help you sleep it eases the pain straight away for me. In the day you could try one of those heat patches which are meant to be good aswell x x x
