Upper Back Pain...anyone had this symptom?

Hi all, have noticed the last week that I've had upper back/shoulder stiffness and my boobs feel tight too.

Anyone had this as a symptom & then got a BFP???

Not due to test yet but it's just something I've noticed & have no reason for the muscle discomfort!

I have that and also cramping 2 days late for AF
