Well after what looked like a very faint positive, I tested again with fmu today and there was nothing 
So will put it down to an evap.
Never had an evap come up straight away before on a first response.
I'm still holding a little hope as I'm not due on till Thursday, but with all the symptoms I'm getting, then surely it would have come up with a positive!
So ive made peace with the fact that it hasn't happened this month
