I currently have the contraceptive implant however i recently had sex (10th December) without a condom as well ( i usually have both) a lot of early signs of pregnancy I get in my day to day life, sore breasts, stomach pains, tiredness. I haven't had a period in a year and wouldn't know when to expect one. I am unsure when to take a test to be most effective.
