Unsure of due dates

Hi everyone!
I recently discovered I'm, pregnant for the first time and made myself an appointment for the Dr's. They're a little unsure of the exact due date though cause although the first day of my last 'bleed' was 20th July, this was very light and only lasted 1-2 days whereas I am usually very heavy and last till around 5-7!
The Dr's are going to arrange an early scan just to be sure although has this happened to anyone before?
I'm feeling a little confused as I'm either 5 weeks gone or 9!
Any help is appreciated!

this sort of happened to me with my first pregnancy i put myself at 9 weeks due to the light bleed but got put back by 3 and a half weeks.
they will be able to tell you at a scan you should get one soon if they are unsure of your dates

They put me forward too and then put me back again because I had a light bleed lol
