Hi hon, I am sorry for your loss. I had a D&C 5 weeks ago and had my AF last weekend so now waiting to OV. I personally wanted to wait for AF to arrive so I knew my cycles were back to normal but if you feel up to it, start trying again as soon as you are ready.
