Ugh.. my bc

Alright so heres the thing. Im on nexplanon.. and i know it says you can have pregnancy symptoms yada yada yada. Well I had my period on may 3rd. It lasted for three days. My periods usually last five to six days on my bc. I've had it since Dec. 15. My periods are like clock work on it. I've had it for three years and just had it replaced. They come every sixty days on the head. Anyway, had no symptoms after 3 day period. End of june comes and i start feeling bloated, in and out of the bathroom, headaches, and nausea... the beginning of this month my period is late... i have had mild cramping today. Cream colored discharge, back has been hurting last two days, and when i wipe i have pink and brown blood on the tissue.... ugh idk what to think!!!! Last night i had several dizzy spells.... someone help!!!! Wouls it be to early to take a test????
