My abs feel like I have done an intense ab workout, but I haven't done any exercise! I've had this feeling before about a week ago, and I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this? I'm sore in my back, cramping, headache, tired, sweaty palms and feet and have heartburn and I just feel achey and sore :( bleh. But by god I don't have morning sickness!! :D

Hi, I have felt like i've done an ab workout since last week. I thought I had eaten too much but it's still here a week later. It's just everything stretching ready for a big bump :) xx

Ok that makes me feel better! I was tempted to use a hot pad, but I know it's not good to put it directly on your abdomen/stomach. All these weird symptoms are going to take some serious getting used to!

I had it almost all last week, it felt like my muscles were tightening so much I could hardly stand straight. I kept feeling like I was going to pull a muscle.

It's so weird our bodies doing all these things!! xx

I know!!! I'm trying to get used to all the crazy symptoms and feelings going on as well, some are uncomfortable or just plain weird and I'm always hoping it's all normal...I don't always know what I'm supposed to do to alleviate them lol, it's going to be a learning process for sure!
