Twitchy Feet anyone?

I have found the last few weeks that when I try to go to bed at night my feet are really fidgity to the point where if I dont keep moving them around they actually seem to spasm and move themselves. when OH gave me a foot massage the other night my foot kept twitching too.
I saw my sister in law recently who told me this was common during pregnancy, but I have never seen anything written about it.

Has anyone else suffered this, or am I just weird, plus has anyone found a way to relieve it?

The lady at my ante-natal class gave a tip for this.

After the Oh gives it a little massage get him to push your foot upwards and stretch it gently as far as it will comfortably go and hold it for a bit.

Have I explained this right? He needs to stretch your foot in the direction so that he were trying to touch your knees with your toes not backwards.

thanks for the tip, I will try this. funnily enought its the same thing I do to get rid of leg cramps at night, i guess I need to keep trying to bend my feet this way!
