Most of the things I do anyway-

    I take folic acid everyday
I eat a lot of dairy
I'm slightly overwieght and tall (5'7 and size 14-16)
    Obviously I can't breastfeed though
    I've never tried yams lol!

Obviously I'd be happy with one ,two or even 3 babies. , this is just a little experiement to see if it really works :) xxx

Well I am pregnant with twins and I did bf my lo for 9 weeks but I conceived when he was 10 months so doubt this affects it, I am 5ft 7 and slightly overweight so suppose that it true but the others aren't true in my case. Tbh a lot of twins run in families so I am inclined to say its a load of rubbish but could be wrong.

Twins run in my family and my husbands family.
We eat a lot of dairy products.
    I'm 5'5" and a size 16.
I did bf my son but stopped a long time ago.
    Never tried yams.
Should be taking supplements but keep forgetting.

    Doubt I'd conceive twins. :)

Non identical twins only run down the female side as it has to do with releasing two eggs. Identical twins dont run in families at all- they are a fluke of nature and can happen to anyone at anytime.

You're also more likely to carry twins the older you are.

Me neices are non identical and their mom follows none of these.

    Tapatalking :-D Can't see tickers...
