Im not sure. I guess they do the same thing? Angelcare was recommended to me and I knew nothing about them so sent OH to get the one my friend said about. They are terribly expensive but looking back id of paid 4 times that for the peace of mind I think. You have to weigh it all up hun. Its a fab product but what suits me is maybe not what will suit you. The reviews for tommee tippee look fine to me though if thats any help? Xxx
