Ttc with endometriosis and cyst issues

Hey ladies so my obgyn had me on the pill for three months straight of active pills then have two cycles before trying to conceive again .. He said it was keeping my issues with cysts and Endo “ at bay “ I have had two major surgeries due to huge cysts along with many smaller ones, the second surgery he had to remove my right ovary . My last active pill was Dec 28th and these cramps and lower back pain are horrible ! I bled very lightly today so far .. my question is anyone had an ovary removed plus Endo and still been able to conceive? If so how long did you wait before trying and how Long did it take to conceive? I’m scared my Endo and cyst issues will act up and make it more difficult
