TTC and Fybogel??? IBS syndrome poss TMI

Hi,
I am currently taking fybogel to help with my IBS as I am very constipated. Have just looked at the information leaflet inside and its says to inform your doctor if you are or could be pregnant- now I am neither but would like to be with a sorry can't help myself with these emoticons! Does anyone take this??

I was advised to take it by my midwife when I got constipated after I got pregnant. The leaflet also said its safe when pregnant. However my pregnancy has triggered IBS and fibogel irritated me even more and I was in awful pain for 2 weeks until we figured out what was causing it.
I now take lactulose for constipation and steer clear of fiber
