ttc after tubal reversal

Hello everyone. I had a tubal reversal in March. Last month was the first month we got to try. During my surgery the DR found and removed endometreosis. He thinks I might have a harder time ttc. AF is due today, but she hasn't showed up. Everyone say a prayer for me. Good luck to all. Anyone here with tubal reversal or got preg with endo?
