Hi everyone,
I don't know about everyone else but I've been trying to eat a bit healthier now that I'm pregnant, trying to restrict myself to one takeaway a week and not a lot of chocolate etc. My only craving is lucozade too so I'm trying only to have one bottle a week coz its really bad for you. I'm finding it really hard, is anyone else going through the same sort of thing? Also what is everyone eating now that they're pregnant? I'm trying to not put on much weight in the hope that it will be easy to get fit after the babies born haha!
