Trying to build my sperm up

    I've just started taken these daily
    3x fertilaid
    2x count boost
    3x omega
    1x CoQ10
    1x berocca
    Has anyone had any luck with these trying to boost the little men up LOL I have dramatically cut down on smoking I'm sure soon enough I will be 💯 free of smoking

    If your use a laptop stop putting it on your lap. No hot baths. Don't have sex everyday, do it every other day.
    Cut down on alcohol. No tight pants/boxers or jeans/trousers.

    It takes 3 months for sperm to get produced and healthy enough to fertilise an egg. So just doing these things for a month or so won't have much affect. Need to do it continuously. :)

    Vitamin c (1000mg) zinc and iron tablets

    Hi Winnie

    According to my friend who has low sperm count COQ10 dont really helps... Try Fertile Blend.... My husband eats that too even though he doesnt have low sperm count but i play safe.... He was 17million and after taking is 24million just only the 1st month... Pls try to cut down smoking for the time being as my DH smokes too... and alcohol as well.... Good Luck!!!
