Oh massive good luck, i was sent to a and e with pains they thought ectopic too but all was good! (turns out i was constipated!) hope its just something trivial.
Well the good news it isn't an eptopic pregnancy but the not so good news is they couldn't find a heartbeat, but as I'm only 5+4 they said to not worry too much as it's hit and miss to see anything that early. They could see the sac and yolk. I have to go back in 3 weeks to have another scan so fingers crossed all ok. I'm feeling really sick today which I'm taking as a good sign

Hi Nic_M, I just looked at my old pregnancy diary and in my last pregnancy I had a scan at 5+4 too and there was no heartbeat and in fact it measured a but smaller than i was expecting but I went back 2 weeks later and there it was. She's 19 months now. So try not to worry about that chick.x
That's really put my mind at rest, thank you so much. I was measuring slightly smaller too as my cycle can be anything from 28 days to 31 x
