Trapped nerve?

Last two nights ive been woken up and kept up because my left hip, knee, and ankle were all hurting! And not just a bit achey, felt like my hip was dislocating or something! And no matter how I lay it doesnt stop, I have to get up and walk around. Could it be a nerve or something? Paracetamol doesnt help

Yeah could be. I keep a roll on bio freeze by my bed because I was waking up with a similar pain in my shoulder joint, could it be anything to do with spd? X

I thought it might be when it started cause it was just my hip.. but with it being my knee and ankle aswell im not sure.

I get this alot now - my midwife told me it was sciatica - unfortunately nothing can be done about it during pregnancy other than to take paracetomol to help ease pain... hope it eases for you hun xx
