I had my first episode of morning sickness yesterday on my way to work and despite it providing A LOT of amusement to my mother it's left me petrified to have breakfast this morning incase I have a repeat!
Soooo unpleasant seeing my Special K in reverse :( tmi sorry.
Do you think baby will be hungry? xxx

My breakfast comes back every morning! It doesn't seem to matter what time I have breakfast it always waits until I am about to leave for work to make an appearance! I have to eat though and can't do without my only cuppa of the day. Its just become part of my morning routine x x x x

There's some old wives tales that may work such as eating a cracker before you get out of bed, google them :)
    Hope you feel better xx

I found my morning sickness came whether I'd eaten or not. I also ground throwing up my breakfast a lot less painful and stressful than throwing up stomach bile!!!
