Tomato and mascarpone sauce

what could I use it with? Or what dish could I make? No clue what to do with it

I usually use it with Fresh pasta.

Tesco do nice pasta thats filled with ham and cheese.

Stick it over some pasta and chuck some ham in with it.

Oh forgot to add it has to be vegetarian as sean is a veggie

chop some carrots etc or quorn or whatever, or use frozen veggies cooked and mix it up and then chuck on top of pasta.. lol just chuck anything in it, its a very mild (but nice) tasting sauce

Yum, I love it with fresh gnocci and some extra bits of mozzarella melted over the top in the oven.
