To Test or Not?

Facts:

Stopped Pill 18th June.
Last Period 27th June lasted 4days.
Bad cramps 14th July.
Sore BBs only sides.
Heavy feeling in tummy but not cramps.

Now what do I do, just keep waiting or is it time to test?
