TTC cycle #2 to hope or not to hope?

New to the forums! Dh and I began out ttc journey last month which was a BFN. This month due to dh work schedule we were only able to bd on cd 11 (Saturday) and cd 12 (Sunday). We don’t have any other time this month so that’s all we have, unfortunately. I got a positive opk today at around 2pm. Is it worth even thinking pregnancy is possible this month? Has anyone conceived from bd days before a positive opk or ovulation? Kind of feeling bummed :/

From what I understand, sperm can live in your body for up to five days, so it is definitely possible! You are likelier to conceive if you BD closer to ovulation, but don't count yourself out.
