Really unsure, don't know if i like the idea of people coming to see me and thinking they have to bring a gift! Thats not the reason i would like to have one, i want to see people before babies here as so many people say people drift away when babies here and you just loose contact with people. I already lost contact with all my friends when i left school years ago and then leaving my job i rarely see the girls from there so the girls i am in contact with i wanna keep it that way so to meet up and celebrate with family and friends. I am really close to my family so not worried about mixing family and friends together at all.. I'm really unsure if i invite my new work colleagues theres 19 of them plus there children, and i also have another job and if i invite them thats another 10! My family is fairly big as my parents and ohs have both separated and got new partners so can't even cut down there but my house just isn't bi enough for 50 people!!! do i just not invite work friends as i haven't even been there long anyway and just have the odd friend and family or shall i invite them so i do get to know them better!? ooooww dunno what to do, could have like set times people come over but would like mixtures of people there at diff times not say come at this time or not at all but i live in a terest house.. not very big at all!! ahh crazy lol

what u all think, is it even worth bothering lol?

I wasn't going to have one but my friend organised me one behind my back, was pleased she did, was so nice to have everyone together before he comes x

see i don't have anyone that would organise something like that for me other than sister but she's only 17 so would probs end up eating maccy ds and have a raving disco lol x

You usually just invite girly friends. Kids and husbands not allowed.

Yeah it's still 49 just females, that's family friends & work colleagues!
