To buy or not to buy.........

A Doppler!!! Always said I woundn't get one but am tempted just to put my mind at rest. What do you ladies think is it a good idea? And any tips on which one to get?

I am expecting mine to arrive today. I ordered it over the weekend because I've hit that point where my symptoms have subsided, but the bump isn't really showing, so I thought it might help me to continue feeling pregnant until the next phase. Also, my next scan isn't due for another 6 weeks, so I'm hoping it'll reassure me until then.

I read reviews on Amazon and the one I've bought had rave reviews from the vast majority of users...

I think now you're further on I would honestly I love mine. I'm same weeks as you and haven't felt any movement yet I don't have a bump as I'm fat anyway and I don't feel pregnant so it just gives me some reassurance until I start feeling movement xx

I have a Doppler but am yet to find heartbeat, I know all is fine as can now feel LO flip flipping around. Even MW couldn't find heartbeat at 16wk apt so as long as you don't worry yourself if you don't find it straight away or at all I think you'll be fine! I can't wait for us to be able to hear it!! It took til last thurs til we heard it for the first time an that was a specific heart scan (consultant sent us for diff reasons don't panic lol) xx

I didn't buy one!

I have a history of miscarriage but I knew I'd drive myself crazy if I had one.

By about 20 weeks I was feeling baby all the time and felt I didn't need one.

I never regretted my decision, even when baby had quiet days.

I loved mine, took me weeks to find the heartbeat but after i did i used it alot but havent in ages now due to regular movements, but I found it very helpful xxx

I got angel sound one, cheap and it's so good!
I was like you and want sure about getting one because I thought would get obsessed but surprisingly you don't really get obsessed, it's nice to have it there when bubba is having a lazy day xxx

I received the angel sounds one yesterday and love it. Found the heartbeat straight away and am so used to it now that it takes no time to find it. I watched a review on youtube of the angel sounds one and it totally inspired me to buy it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mn0z_NZ5YA4
I had a really bad stomach bug and was terrified that the baby wasn't moving as much so that's why i bought it. It's amazing as you can hear the kicks too! Do it after you have just eaten and it's really funny to listen in! x

I have an angel sounds one - I adored it in the early stages when I couldn't feel movement, was lovely to hear bubs. I haven't used it for almost 2 months now though as I feel so much movement now x
