I am 39 weeks today. Had 3 loose stool movements today. Do you think this is pre labour diarrhoea. It was not watery or anything just loose/ soft.

No other symptoms apart from baby been slightly more active today. Or am I just hoping because I’m ready to have my baby now.

They do say your body ‘clears out’ before baby comes. I began have lots of bowel movements last week at 36 weeks after being constipated for most of pregnancy.
I’m still waiting on baby’s arrival over a week later. I’ve woken tonight feeling really hungry so just having a snack! Getting a few cramping type feelings but they’re not overly painful.
I think at this point we look for things that could be the start of labour.
I hope it happens soon for you x

I had loose stools before my labour and my baby was also more active before my waters broke. I see this threads from last week. Did you have your baby???
