TMI alert.... bum pressure

I have pressure in my bum like i want to poo or trump but i have tried and tried and cant. I have been for a number 2 earlier.

Has anyone else had this?? x

I general feel a pressure like that everywhere in my tummy, I got in conclusion that is trapped wind, try to move around, some yoga some light streching to see if it helps move things around.

I had what I can only describe as a sore bum bone before I knew was pregnant but on occasions I have felt like I needed to poo and gone to the toilet and just cant go so I dont force it......i just keep up the veggies, fibre etc to keep me from getting constipated xx
