Tiredness and Long cycles

Hi Everyone

Just a query - I'm on CD75 today and AF shows up so i can start a fresh cycle and hope i ovulate in this one.

But my query is to do with long cycles and tiredness - for the last two weeks i have been exhausted every day and yawning non stop i have made sure i have early nights and excerise 3 times a week and nhave no alcohol to help with the tiredness but i am just constantly tired and i was wondering if it is anything to do with my long cycles and the absence of any hormone or something.

Has anyone come across this before

towards the end of my cycle i were tired and sleeping all the time. But it could just be beginning of AF...hopefully?

the day before AF is due I get exhausted - so maybe it's just longer as you have longer cycles
