Timing :(

Hi guys just a quick one really about timing, I'm pretty sure I BD around OV but when is the best time before during or after. And how can you be sure its during?!
I've tried OPKs, checking CM and nothing - its been 14 months now and nothing

This cycle DH and I have been trying very hard, we BD'd CD7-11, and then CD 13 & 14. On CD15 in the morning I had a scan (I have been referred to a fertility expert) and she said she could see a follicle that hadn't ruptured and was ready!! Weirdly that night (last night) I had the usual ov pains I get. However they were so painful I couldn't BD and I was generally too tired. Have I missed out and is it too late to do it tonight?

Is this ever going to happen..

You're best to do it every other day throughout your cycle.

I think you'll be covered though hun.

Sounds like you should be covered and if you ovulated yesterday, you should be covered if you dtd today too.
