Timing Baby Dancing

Hi Guys

Just wandered what your tactics were for timing BD'ing? Last cycle we BD 2 days before OV, the day before Ov and the day after OV and only BD 4 times (quite pitiful really, no wonder got BFN and AF)

So this month we have decided to BD every other day or 2-3 days and everyday during my fertile week we catch the egg this month

I used to BD every night of my fertile week, and kept getting BFN. So thought I would do some thing different and got my BFP after BDing every other night!

I have read that every other day is the best timing, to give your OH's sperm long enough to 'restock' the good stuff, so to speak! That's the approach we're trying this month, so let's hope it's true!

I think if you BD too much around your fertile period, the quality of the sperm can become poorer, sperm that is 'built up' is more potent so to speak!!!!

I BD 3 days before ovulation and the day of ovulation last cycle and got my BFP.
