    I did mine this morning after losing plug, just in case. Lol. Will last me a while now too as i get rid of the lot :)

    also drink a mug of warm water as soon as you get up before eastign or drinking anything else....boil the kettle and then just before it boils drink some......just warm enough that its drinkable, if you know what i mean...lol...

    my god, that brings a poo on too :)
