Tilly's been crying since 10.30

I hope you Are okay hun! When Maialen is inconsolably crying we have given her some sugar water (1 dl hot water mixed with 1 spoon sugar, cool down and give her 2 ml). The sugar can make her calmer for a while (it works as a pain relief for babies a doctor told me), and we also put some on her dummy so she will take it!

We also have a sling which she likes a lot!

Hope things sort out for you!!

xx

Doctor has told me to carry on with the Gaviscon and they will review after 1 week :(

I might see if I can get some colief for her from somewhere and try that.

Could she be lactose intolerant from breast milk? How does that work?

If only she cried during the day instead lol, I can't deal with it when my body is expecting sleep :(

Try to eliminate lactose from your diet for a couple of days to see if that helps.

Agree with Hope, read the labels on food you eat to see if it has lactose in it and avoid them. See how she gets on with your milk then xx

like the others have said reflux and colic were the cause when kayla had her hours on inconsolable crying,

infacol worked fairly well for the colic and wind and the jury is still out on the gaviscon for me :-)

hope you get it sorted its heartbreaking when they get like that
