Tight bump

I'm not too concerned as my bump has gone back to normal now but for a period of about half an hour my bump went really tight and I felt really uncomfortable and couldn't sit still, does anyone know what could have caused this? Xx

Baby moved n bum or head was up my does it all the time feels really hard n uncomfortable x

I get these too. I think they can also be Braxton Hicks, even this early. x
